I grow up in a loving and supporting family. If someone had asked me what I want to do when I grow up, I would have said that I am looking for a secret for success in life to share with lots of people. Thankfully I found this by studying psychology and psychotherapy and realized what a good dream was like by starting to live it. Then, in 2008, Jamie shifted his focus to a new paradigm, the principles of Innate Thinking. He stopped teaching NLP and in 2012, sold Salad. Prior to starting Salad, Jamie led multi-million pound organizational change programmes and was also brought in as a troubleshooter to rescue struggling projects. His client list includes the Guardian newspaper, Sweet & Maxwell, Payzone and Dun & Bradstreet. Jamie lives in London. When he’s not working, he loves travelling, walking, drinking coffee and exploring.
