Irina Golovanova, is a body language trainer, certified for the program You can’t lie to me by The Body Language Institute (USA), and a certified coach by the International Coaching Community (ICC). Irina Golovanova holds a PhD in Non-verbal behavior from the Novosibirsk Institute of Philology. From 2001 to 2009 she made scientific research in nonverbal communication. Rodney Smith has over 20 years of active law enforcement experience as a patrol officer and investigator.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration.  He possesses several years of criminal and regulatory investigative experience as a law enforcement officer, has completed several training schools involving body language, statement analysis, micro expressions, face reading, and hypnosis.  In addition, he is also a polygraph examiner and a criminal justice adjunct instructor.

Rodney is currently in the process of writing a book on Body Language Language and Micro Expressions expected to be published in 2022 entitled “I Can See What Your Body is Saying.” In addition, he gave a Tedx Talk in 2020 on “The Power of Communication and Body Language.”
