I grow up in a loving and supporting family. If someone had asked me what I want to do when I grow up, I would have said that I am looking for a secret for success in life to share with lots of people. Thankfully I found this by studying psychology and psychotherapy and realized what a good dream was like by starting to live it. Dr. Richard K. Nongard is a distinguished psychotherapist, author, and expert in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He holds a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from California Southern University and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University.

John Overdurf is an internationally recognized therapist, coach, and Master Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis and the Co-Developer of Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology.  He is the co-author of the popular book Training Trances: Multilevel Communication in Therapy and Training which is used internationally in hypnosis schools, as well as university graduate and medical programs. His second book, Dreaming Realities is considered a definitive text in working with dreams. Karen transitioned into hypnosis in 2005 as owner of the Chicago franchise Positive Changes and then Chicago Hypnosis Center.  She is now in private practice on the north side of Chicago and is available worldwide. Karen sees clients and conducts ongoing hypnosis training in person and online via ZOOM.
